(That's just one more argument for sending senior citizens to fight wars)

you heard wrong, she meant less 'steep,' as your lives become metaphorically more even. don't you feel it?

actually, i thought the opposite was true, that as we age we become more hardened in our thoughts and positions and thus more de/inclined.

yes, i'm having a conversation with myself. it's that easy.
